Verdant Pavilion is a tea brand dedicated to loose leaf tea, with a focus on origin, craftsmanship, and clarity of flavor.

We work closely with tea-growing regions in China, including Yunnan, the Wuyi Mountains, and Tongmu. Our teas are grown, processed, and finished at origin, following traditional methods shaped by local climate, terrain, and long-established practice. Rather than chasing trends or exaggerated profiles, we focus on teas that express their place and process honestly.

Our approach to tea is practical and grounded. We care about how tea is grown, how it is made, and how it performs in the cup. Many of the teas we select are produced in small batches, using careful hand-picking and time-led processing that allows natural sweetness, aroma, and depth to develop without additives or artificial enhancement.

Verdant Pavilion was created for people who are curious about tea but do not want unnecessary complexity or mysticism. We believe good tea should be explained clearly and brewed with confidence, whether you are new to Chinese tea or already familiar with it.
